Today started out particularly odd. I woke with just enough time to get work. I sat down at my desk right on 08:30 to realise my start time was, in fact 11:45 -not 08:30.

Closing the deal.
Today I placed a bid of $60 for a movie/entertainment blog, on Digital Point. I consider the purchase to be a bargain as the site has a PR2 (PageRank), hundreds of posts and decent traffic.
At this point, my intention would be to promote the site further; build the PR and flip.
