Ok, so the time has come. I am looking to invest in a web business.

Lately, I have been combing sites like SitePoint and Digital Point for a promising business.

So far, no good.

Up until now I have dedicated time to the development of my pet site itsreal.com.au but things haven’t been as smooth sailing as I’d hoped. Being a full-blown business, it requires stacks of my time. And, on-the-whole, it seems as though I have lost my focus.

Trampola, on the other hand is going well. Lately, I have been writting or sourcing around 1-4 articles a day, which has been generating, on average 50 unique visitors a day. Although I am not maaking any money from the site yet -it does have potential.

What I am really looking for is a site that is monetised, doesn’t require me to deal with offline parties and fits my schedule. I wouldn’t mind diversifying my income streams for when I am back at uni. As, sooner rather than later, I wish to throw in the full-time job; gain part-time employment; and attend uni, full-time.

I shall continue looking…

Paul
