Ok, let me get this straight. Spending for 07/08 on the Environment is 4.3-bil. Spending for 07/08 on Defence is 22-bil. Disproportionate much?

Senator Bob Brown says “Instead of announcing a plan for restructuring Australia’s economy, the Treasurer has announced $50 million for – I presume – fridge magnets on how to reduce energy use and the development of a `free website’.” Couldn’t agree more really…

Disappointing. Very disappointing.
